Droplet house is luxury weekend accommodation for a family of three members designed in a steep hill. The shape of the house reminds a droplet from southeast side, therefore it is called droplet house. Curved shape reduces the air resistance caused by wind, which is common in the area by the ocean. The loadbearing structure is made of reinforced concrete. In addition, the Ytong building material is used for separating walls. The house has three floors. The space arrangement is designed to reach the best connection between day and night sections without a possibility of disturbing the privacy. In the basement, the pool is located which represents a comfortable and luxury living. Windows faced to the ocean gives you magnificent panoramic view. On the first floor, there are designed special roof balconies made by Velux Company, which make the view even enjoyable. A library, gallery, bedroom and a master bedroom are located on the second floor.
